Account Officer Vacancy at PRIMERO Transport Services Limited

Position Title: Account Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Account Officer job opportunity is available at PRIMERO Transport Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
  • Maintain account payable and receivables records – Invoice posting, payable and receivable reporting
  • Reconcile ticket vendor account – daily revenue reconciliation, revenue reporting, machine balances report.
  • Prepare monthly diesel expense analysis report
  • Raise internal memos and prepare bank instructions for vendor payments
  • Petty cash management
  • Tax management- withholding tax and VAT.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 2.1
  • Relevant Professional Certification e.g ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA will be added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years.

Functional / Technical:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Relevant ERP – Quickbooks.
