Position Title: Admin Assistant.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Admin Assistant job opportunity is available at SME Growth Hub for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Call Customers and attend to all customer inquiries / complaints.
- Keep sales and expenses records.
- Purchase of Laundry consumables.
- Recording the number of customers’ clothes that come in and go out.
- Coordinate customers’ registration and maintain customers’ database.
- Coordinate pick-up and deliveries.
- Ensure all deliveries are done at the stipulated time.
- Perform quality check on all customers clothes before delivery.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Minimum of O’level / SSCE.
- 0 – 1 year work experience.
- Hardworking and good attitude to work.
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- No experience required but readiness to learn.
REMUNERATION:-
N30,000 Monthly.
