Position Title: Admin Assistant.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Admin Assistant job opportunity is available at SME Growth Hub for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Call Customers and attend to all customer inquiries / complaints.
  • Keep sales and expenses records.
  • Purchase of Laundry consumables.
  • Recording the number of customers’ clothes that come in and go out.
  • Coordinate customers’ registration and maintain customers’ database.
  • Coordinate pick-up and deliveries.
  • Ensure all deliveries are done at the stipulated time.
  • Perform quality check on all customers clothes before delivery.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • Minimum of O’level / SSCE.
  • 0 – 1 year work experience.
  • Hardworking and good attitude to work.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken).
  • No experience required but readiness to learn.

REMUNERATION:-

N30,000 Monthly.
