Assistant Sales Manager (Home Appliances) job opportunity is available at Ascentech Services Limited for individuals who possess B.Sc / HND in a Creative or related discipline.

Job Description

• We are currently looking to hire a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities concerning all the organisation’s Home Appliances products within and around the Federal Capital Territory / Abuja.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Achieve retail, wholesale and distribution sales targets of Home Appliances products in the region, ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues.
• Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company achieve its corporate objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realised
• Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position
• Maintain awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position
• Prepare reports on credit standing of customers and advise on financial risk and appropriate credit limits

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• B.Sc / HND in a Creative or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and industry.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Passionate and self-driven with keen attention for details а
• Decisive, courageous, and having good decision making skills.
• Home Appliances industry knowledge will be a plus
