Position Title: Business Development / Client Advisor.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Business Development / Client Advisor job opportunity is available at Leadway Assurance Company Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Job Summary
- To build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers as well as prvoviding high level of expertise.
- Ability to communicate regularly with customers to understand needs,evaluate current product use and cross-sell new products.

- He/She must be willing to satisfy customers needs that will lead to a compelling satisfaction with the aid of understanding the organisational goals and objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- A Good working relationship must be built with your internal customers also being able to interprete the company’s products and services to your external customers.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND is required from any interested Candidates
- 1-5yrs Experience in any financial institution would be an added advantage.
Skills:
- A- 2days Training would be conducted for good skills acquisition in relating with the company’s enitire customers.
REMUNERATION:-
A Minimum monthly income between N180,000 – N275,000 shall be paid to any sucessful candidates.
