Position Title: Business Development Manager.

Job Station: Abuja, Kaduna State, Kano State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Business Development Manager job opportunity is available at Transsnet Financial Nigeria Limited for individuals who possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field of study.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Daily Manage the Agent supervisors allocated by the line managers in a designated LGAs of state/City
• Train Agent supervisors to be more efficient to develop sales agents.
• Give the team’s performance report on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis.
• Meet the team’s KPI target set by the Company
• Adhere to the company’s regulations

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field of study.
• Ability to manage a team efficiently
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Vast experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage
• Good business knowledge.
• Negotiation skills.
