Position Title: Cake Baker / Designer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Cake Baker / Designer job opportunity is available at Hubmart Stores Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Bake and Decorate cakes, cookies and cupcakes using various icing and decorating techniques
• Inspect and ensure proper colour combination for all baked items.
• Follow recipes and processes & ensure consistency in quality of finished products
• Ensure proper storage of all inputs in refrigerators and freezers.
• Maintain high hygiene standards
• Adhere to safety standards
• Follow production plans
• Minimize wastage as appropriate
• Assist to achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets.
