Position Title: Chief Financial Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Chief Financial Officer job opportunity is available at GText Homes for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Set-up,direct and oversee all aspect of finance and accounting in Gtext Global
- Drive the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts/budgets
- Produce accurate financial reports and develop strategies based on thorough financial research
- Develop strategies to improve cash-flow and avoid financial distress
- Provide healthy financial support and guidance for making short, mid, and long term decisions
- Provide financial advisory services like highlighting key investment indicators to relevant stakeholders across all branches and subsidiaries
- Champion capital raising initiatives and identify relevant investment opportunities, valuation and modeling of prospective ROI in alignment with the organizational goals.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field from an accredited University.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of related Experience.
Possession of a certification from any of this institution:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
- Institute of Management Accountant
- Financial Management Association
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountant.
