Position Title: Client Relationship Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION :-
Client Relationship Officer job opportunity is available at Peen Nigeria Limited for individuals who possess HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Build relationships with the clients to enhance strong partnership.
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Develop strong relationship with client heads and important personalities for business purpose.
- Maintain a high level conversation with the existing clients.
- Develop and follow up with new businesses
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate from the employees.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. C.O.O, HR (Client Services), Finance Team, etc.)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Proven experience as a Client Relations officer
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office suits especially Microsoft Excel
- A client/customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and good personalty
- Ability to work well with a team and create good presence.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience
- Applicants should reside around Maryland, Ikeja, Ojota, Gbagada, Shomolu/ Bariga axis.
