Position Title: Coffee Barista.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Coffee Barista job opportunity is available at TeamAce Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments
• Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods
• Grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers
• Package food and beverages for sale
• Sell coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum Diploma / OND / HND
• 2 years experience as a coffee barista
• Communication skills (verbal and written), facilitation, and relationship building skills
• Trusted with the responsibility of administration.
• Ability to work under limited supervision, function under pressure, and execute plans proactively
• Digital skills
• Inventory expertise.
