Position Title: Cook.
Job Station: Ogun State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Cook job opportunity is available at Olakleen Holdings Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Assist the head cooks in preparation of meals
- Assist in market purchase for restocking of the kitchen
- Assist in maintaining accurate food inventories
- Restock kitchen for subsequent meal preparation
- He/she must be able to prapare both continental and local delicacies
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc)
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare meals
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
- Ability to stand in for the Head Cook in officer’s absence
- Basic knowledge on the use of computer packages (MS Word, MS Excel, e.t.c)
- He/She should possess OND in food science and technology or relevant qualifications in catering and hotel management with practical experience
- 3 years work experience
Location:
- Candidate must reside around Shagamu, Ode-remo, ijebu ode and environs for the purpose of proximity
REMUNERATION:-
- N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
