Customer Service Representative Vacancy at Pruvia Integrated Limited

Position Title: Customer Service Representative.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Customer Service Representative job opportunity is available at Pruvia Integrated Limited for individuals who possess HND / B.Sc in related / relevant field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• HND / B.Sc in related / relevant field
• 1-3 years experience as customer support or client service representative
• Male Preferably.

Skill / Competence:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Must be computer savvy
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must reside in the mainland (Egbeda, Ikotun, Ikeja etc).

REMUNERATION:-

• N50,000 monthly.
