INTRODUCTION :-

Customer Support (Deployment and Subscription Monitoring) job opportunity is available at Byteworks Technology Solutions Limited for individuals who possess degree in Information Science or related course.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • The role exists to prevent defects in products and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Minimum of 2.1 in Information Science or related course.
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to perform manual and automated testing.
  • Ability to analyze and document test results.
  • Understanding software development cycles
