Position Title: Direct to Retail Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

Direct to Retail Manager job opportunity is available at Ascentech Services Limited for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree or HND.

Job Description

• We are in need of a Direct to retail Managerwith a solid structure in the management of Vans and Van sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Manage Direct to Retail Van Channel.
• Do regular accompaniment with the Van sales team and Van Sales Supervisors to ensure required KPI targets are met.
• Execute company trade marketing initiatives.
• Do class room and on the job training for the sales team.
• Formulate and executive daily and monthly sell out Plan.
• Manage distributor health check so as ensure stable working capital.
• Ensure visibility and share of shelf standards in outlets covered.
• Ensure availability of all Must Stock SKUs in Vans and distributor locations.
• Lead the van operations team and take charge of all operational tasks.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND, minimum 5 years work experiences in a Territory or Area Sales Management role.
• Good MS Office and presentation skills
• Good knowledge or skill in how to build up a route.
• Good track record in Van Sales/Van salesmen Management.
• Must be Passionate about sales/people development.
