Position Title: Electrical Technician.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Electrical Technician job opportunity is available at a Leading Independent Oil Exploration and Production Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Monitors and ensure efficient performance of the electrical and electronic systems.
• Carry out in-depth analyses of problems and identify long term solutions and/or remedial options.
• Ensuring electrical systems, Installations and operations meet and conform to standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• Provide electrical and production installation support with maintenance planning, delivery and troubleshooting activities.
• Provides technical and engineering support end guidance to offshore or on-site teams.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant industry and company codes and standards.
• Responsible for maintaining electrical equipment and the preparation of specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment and materials.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering from & accredited University / Polytechnics with a minimum of Second Class Upper division.
• A Master’s Degree in any of the relevant EngineerIng disciplines will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in an E&P company.
• Must be a licensed professional engineer
• Experience in relevant and required electrical software.
• Must have knowledge of applicable codes related to electrical/electronic engineering.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.
• Must be very analytical and capable of delivering.
• Must be capable of working with multi-functional teams In project execution
