Event Manager / Hall Maintenance Manager job opportunity is available at Lorache Group for individuals who possess B.Sc / HND in any field.

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire apt and dynamic candidate that will be responsible for the management and planning of the day to day operations of its event center.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Ensure that the event center is operational with all utilities functioning properly
  • Supervise and manage all staffs
  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise all maintenance processes and operation
  • Track expenses and oversee budgets for maintenance
  • Create and implement maintenance procedure
  • Oversee security of the event center
  • Manage events from start to finish
  • Analyze event success and prepare report
  • Carry out scheduled inspections
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • 3-4 years Experience as an Event Manager/ Hall Maintenance
  • Proficiency in MS office packages
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Skilled in negotiation and cost management
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of planning of event will be essential
  • B.Sc / HND in any field.
