Position Title: Everty - Utility Technician.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Everty - Utility Technician job opportunity is available at Tek Experts for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• The utility technician will be responsible, under the direction of the head of engineering, for skilled level works in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment at Everty One Tower.
• Equipment to oversee
• Emergency generators, HT panel, transformers, RMU, UPS & batteries, AVR, LV panels, distribution boards, general lighting, CCTV and access control, fire alarm, Carpark barrier system.
• Operate and maintain diesel generators to ensure 24 hours uptime & during outages on public mains.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all generators and electrical systems.
• Perform a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for generating, distributing, and utilising electrical power.
• Maintain tools, order and track inventory for repairs. Maintain logs, document equipment repairs, adhere to daily work plan, track time, and communicate daily with the Head of Engineering.
• Cooperate with third party contractors to ensure successful completions of maintenance works.
• Supervise diesel delivery by vendors.
• Participate in professional development activities to update knowledge and increase service/repair capabilities.
• Comply with lockout/tagout procedures as mandated by statutory safety regulations and Everty policy.
• Comply with Everty policy for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety and environment regulations.
• Meet Everty’s attendance requirements
• Meet proper staff uniform appearance and grooming standards.
• Routinely work overtime, weekends, and holidays to ensure complete tenants’ satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as may be requested by management from time to time.
