Position Title: Facility Management Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION :-
Facility Management Officer job opportunity is available at Landover Company Limited for individuals who possess B.Sc / HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the organization’s premises, technical equipments and facilities.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- B.Sc / HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering with a minimum of second class lower degree or lower credit
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC work experience in a technical position.
- Must be willing to run shift duty
- Completion of NYSC programme or possession of a valid certificate of exemption is mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure
- Candidates are expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office package especially word and excel.
Additional Information:
- Candidate should fall within age bracket of 22-28 years.
