Position Title: Facility Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Facility Manager job opportunity is available at Ciuci Consulting Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Coordinate and manage the event facility’smaintenance schedule
• Oversee procurement of equipment, maintenance and upgrade of the facility as required.
• Establish and administer policies and procedures for events
• Monitor facility usage,operations, and equipment maintenance
• Update and maintain usage records
• Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the facility.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
• Ensure that the facility complies with government regulations and environmental health and safety standards.
• Oversee facility’s projects, renovations, or refurbishments
• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work
• Maintain inventory levels
• Oversee security of facility and equipment
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients,and teams
• Give tours of the facility to prospective clients and approved parties.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum HND/Bachelors in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant field closely related to Facilities Management.
• Administrative and negotiation skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field
• Relevant professional qualifications would be a plus
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written, basic IT,
• Previous experience managing a facility would be an added advantage.
