Position Title: Farm Manager.

Job Station: Ogun State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Farm Manager job opportunity is available at Deyomii Farms for individuals who possess relevant qualiifcations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Directs and oversees the implementation of strategic operational plans in poultry management.
• Provision of leadership and supervision of the operation of poultry division staff
• Management of poultry farms processes with the aim of maximizing production and quality

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Academic: OND qualification
• Experience: 0-1

Skills:

• Possess excellent people skills, leadership qualities and ability to work independently. Motivating staff for process orientation and being a go-to problem solver.
• The ideal candidate should be dynamic, resourceful and a goal getter
• The successful applicant will be expected to manage the farm for profitability and growth.
