Position Title: Field Operations Personnel.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Field Operations Personnel job opportunity is available at MasterMindsHRSG Consulting for individuals who possess B.Sc. / HND in any related field of study.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Provides training and orientation to field-based staff as requested.
• Maintains effective relations and coordination with HQ and field staff, vendors, and partners.
• Works closely with Regional Director to develop improved security policies in order to implement better contingency plans and incident responses.
• Assists with QuickBooks implementation in field offices, as needed.
• Provides backup support to Regional Director when necessary.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• B.Sc. / HND in any related field of study.
• Must have digital experience and very good knowledge of social media management.
• 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Must be a Christian.
• Proactive and detail oriented.
• Team player
• Research skills.

REMUNERATION :-

• N80,000 monthly.
