Position Title: Field Sales Representative.

Job Station: Lagos State.

Field Sales Representative job opportunity is available at WTGIT Solutions for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Objective

• The Sales Representative is expected to support the Sales Manager to achieve Sales targets by identifying business opportunities and closing sales deals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handle sales requests by customers and sales agents
• Provide timely and accurate information to all channels to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide after sales support to all channels
• Manage company web-portal & IT updates
• Develop creative solutions for sales and promotions.
• Develop computerized and/or online reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits from the use of products and/or solutions.
• Prepare and administer sales terms and conditions according to company policies.
• Provide ongoing after sales support to generate further sales.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment sold with customers.
• Assist with sales transactions over the phone and through internet-based e-commerce websites.
• Ensure timely and fast sell through of transactions.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• HND / B.Sc in any field
• Efficiently manage sales channels to ensure visibility and customer satisfaction so as to drive Sales
• 5 years experience within the consumer electronics industry
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Abreast with current developments in hardware and software technology
• Conversant with minimum standards for cyber protection.
