Position Title: Finance & Administrative Assistant.
Job Station: Anambra State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Finance & Administrative Assistant job opportunity is available at Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Will be responsible for the provision of accounting, administrative, and logistical support services to AHNi State Office.
- S/He will prepare monthly financial report forms which accompany executed sub-project documents, monthly reporting/budgets, data entry into excel spreadsheets and automated MIS reports.
- S/He will assist the Accountant/SFAO to ensure the accurate keeping of all books of account for the project, including checking account, equipment and supply registers and all accounting records.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Sound accounting, administrative and secretarial skills
- 1-3 years’ experience with large complex organization is required
- Familiarity with international NGOs preferred
