DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Our Finance and Administration Manager provides accurate financial information to support decision making.
- He or she is a reliable professional with broad knowledge in accounting, financial and business principles.
- He or she is a strategic thinker and an effective leader who can take the profitable decisions.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
Work experience:
- 7+ years experience as head of finance / accounting or similar role, out of which 4+ years experience in strategic planning at the management level.
Abilities:
- Sound leadership ability.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices. Knowledge and ability to apply the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Sound knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
Competences:
- Strategic planning.
- Banking and Funds management.
- Book keeping.
- Investments.
- Financial control.
