Position Title: Finance Executive.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Post all invoices at the end of each month (including VAT invoices)
• Payment and logging of all office overhead invoices
• Payment and checking of all tour ground invoices and staff expenses
• Update bank reconciliation and all bank accounts daily
• Monitor bank transactions
• Post all payments take the final balance and issue receipts
• Deal with supplier, client, and invoice queries
• Assist Financial Controller as may be required

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
