Position Title: Finance Manager (Head of Department).
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Finance Manager (Head of Department) job opportunity is available at Westfield Consulting Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Planning (financial planning, capital and budgeting, performance measures and systems etc.).
- Operations (team management).
- Financial Reporting (manage issuance of financial information, oversee financial reports etc.).
- Risk Management (understand the key risks, develop & monitor controls, compliance with extant laws, record keeping for audit and Govt. Agencies, management of auditors etc.).
- Budgeting / Funding (funding plans, monitor capital structure, monitor cash balances, cash forecasting etc.).
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- B.Sc. Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage, with over 10 years’ experience.
- Minimum of 5 years at a similar role as Head of Department.
Knowledge / Skills Required for the Role:
- Possess ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide employees towards goal achievement
- Proven experience working effectively with people of all social, economic and cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly in written documents and presentations
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, management and computer skills
- Comfortable assisting team efforts
- High level of independent judgment
- Ability to maintain customer relations
- Dependability & punctuality
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
