Position Title: Front Desk / Human Resource Personnel.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Front Desk / Human Resource Personnel job opportunity is available at Whiteboard HR for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

  • As a front desk officer, you will be the “Face” of the school for all parents/visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
  • We also need an individual that can double as HR personnel for the school.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Greeting and welcoming  parents/visitors  as they  approach the front desk
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Answer  incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and cost
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Report to and assist Head of school  in daily tasks and duties

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Knowledge of Human Resource
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written
  • Detail-oriented.
