Position Title: Front Desk / Human Resource Personnel.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION :-
Front Desk / Human Resource Personnel job opportunity is available at Whiteboard HR for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
- As a front desk officer, you will be the “Face” of the school for all parents/visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- We also need an individual that can double as HR personnel for the school.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Greeting and welcoming parents/visitors as they approach the front desk
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and cost
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Report to and assist Head of school in daily tasks and duties
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Knowledge of Human Resource
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Adept problem solver and decision maker
- Excellent communicator both orally and written
- Detail-oriented.
