Front Desk Officer Vacancy at Polaris Digitech Limited

Position Title: Front Desk Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Front Desk Officer job opportunity is available at Polaris Digitech Limited for individuals who possess B.Sc in any related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Interacting with clients, vendors and visitors that call or come to the office premises
• Be at the reception always, supervise it and ensure phones are answered immediately and transferred to the appropriate staff member
• Ensure that Visitors are attended to immediately and directed to the appropriate staff to attend to them
• Receiving , signing for and distributing mails and delivered packages from courier companies or other sources
• Performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing and mailing
• Supervise the cleaning of the reception area/the M.DТs office to make sure they are neat and clean always
• Ensure that copies of documents/letters going out are registered and filed appropriately
• Follow up on correspondences received in person or through phone to make sure they are resolved by the appropriate personnel
• Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagements he is involved in
• Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests and arrange them with the necessary personnel
• Any other duties assigned

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of B.Sc in any related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Candidate should not be above 27years of age
