Job Description
- We are looking highly organized and resourceful HR Associate to help support our rapidly growing team.
- This position will provide a variety of HR services across the business, ensuring an excellent overall employee experience.
- The HR Associate will help execute our people initiatives, provide day-to-day employee support, and drive HR functions across the entire employee life cycle.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Support all aspects of the recruiting life cycle – reviewing candidate resumes, maintaining our applicant tracking system, scheduling phone screens and interviews, conducting reference checks, and compiling offer letters and contracts.
- Maintain knowledge of and communicate changes in employment legislation to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Own and maintain our HR records and systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work with management across the organization to ensure compliance with employment law and company best practices.
- Continuously review company-wide people policies, projects, and practices.
- Serve as the go-to contact for ad HR requests such as payroll questions, leave, etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company culture initiatives. Create surveys to track employee engagement and happiness, using findings to develop new people processes and procedures.
- Build strong relationships across the team and a reputation as a trusted person that team members can come to for questions and concerns with both confidence and comfort.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of all employees.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
- 0 – 1 year of HR-related work experience in a high-growth organization or startup environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, processes, and terminology and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while under strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for working with people and providing an excellent employee experience.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
