Head, Marketing and Communications job opportunity is available at Brand7Ps Communications Limited for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English or a related field.
Job Summary
- He/She will be responsible for providing and overseeing all marketing and communications activities aimed at promoting the Organisation’s corporate image, managing the Organisation’s interface with the media, other corporate entities and the public/society at large and ensuring that internal and external communication activities are in line with corporate communications policies and procedures as well as national/ international media standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of Marketing Plans, Brand Management and Communication strategies across the organisation
- Oversee all marketing and communications activities of the organization: branding & advertising, internal & external communications, product marketing, market research, corporate social responsibility, public relations etc.
- Responsible for digital Marketing plans: website, mobile and social media marketing
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all Marketing Communications programs and activities
- Maintain complete and up-to-date Brand Manual for all internal and external branding protocols
- Function as the production hub for all Marketing Communication activities, managing quality and effectiveness from design through production
- Maintain Brand Integrity across product lines, advertising and all other internal and external communication platforms
- Exploit Business Intelligence and Competitor Analysis, utilizing market trends to maintain brand leadership position
- Manage Budgets and Financial related to brand marketing communications campaigns
- Facilitate and champion campaigns to exploit market opportunities that reflect and align with various brand and values
- Ensure all internal and external communications are consistent with the various company’s brand positioning
- Aggressively pursue positive media coverage for all entities and develop effective strategies to manage negative coverage
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English or a related field
- At least 10 years minimum experience in a structured organisation or advertising agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic business/commercial operational knowledge and understanding
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, both internally and with external partners/accounts
- Experience in management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and achieving goals on time and to budget
- Good understanding of product development and marketing, Increase in Brand Visibility and reputation
- Accuracy and timeliness of management information and reports
- Excellent communication, networking, strategic and planning skills
- Good understanding of key graphic editing applications
- Great market response to products and increase in market share growth
- Good leadership, people management, Innovative and proactive personality
