Job Summary
- The Head of Marketing will be expected to develop plans to help establish our brand, allocate resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Liaise with Management and relevant parties (e.g., Consultants) to develop a unique brand identity that would be recognised by employees, customers, and other publics.
- Develop sales documentation to be used by the sales team and company-wide in order to produce leads, showcase service offerings and close deals.
- Liaise with Human Resources & Administration business unit in planning a well organised corporate events and production of corporate gifts that portray the desired brand image within planned budget.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.
- Develop and implement appropriate research and monitoring programme to track the company’s sales performance and recommend actions to address identified issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy and practice environment that affects the overall business and client induction.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Business Administration.
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Completion of a professional program with knowledge of concepts in sales management and strategic operations with prior industry knowledge.
- A minimum of 4 years sales or marketing experience in an executive-level position or similar role.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Understanding of how to position products / services to prospects
