Position Title: Head of Operations.

Job Station: Abuja.

INTRODUCTION:-

Head of Operations job opportunity is available at a Leading Mortgage Bank for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Our ideal candidate must be a detailed and highly disciplined professional with a track record of success. 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• B.Sc / BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field / Post-graduate qualification.
• Must be conversant with core banking applications and operations.
• Must have over 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Skills:

• Must have required competency for handling a branch’s banking operations duties e.g Cash Management, Vault Management etc
• Must possess business management and customer service skills 
• Must have basic accounting reconciliation skills
• Must have a basic knowledge of economics and accounting
• Must be able to multitask, be thorough and pay attention to details.
