Position Title: Head of Operations.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Head of Operations job opportunity is available at Fosad Consulting for individuals who possess Degree in Engineering, I.T or related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Plan, coordinate, and direct all daily operational activities of the organization while providing direction and solutions that enhance mission-critical operations. Identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business through strategy formulation, leadership, and day-to-day management of business operations.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Degree in Engineering, I.T or related field
• Possession of a Master’s degree will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of sound Technical operations experience in an I.T organization
• Process driven, with strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Business communication and project management skills.

Skills Expectations:

• General understanding and scenario creation of Operation in a Project based Organization
• Project Management Methodology to be adopted in Projects
• Strategic measuring Standardization
• Operational Strategic Policy Statement
