Position Title: Head of Sales and Marketing.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Head of Sales and Marketing job opportunity is available at a Real Estate Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Innovate the whole group’s marketing strategies and approaches.
• Enhance the group’s brand and derive solutions to boost the company’s brand presence on a global scale
• Facilitate major sales and marketing activities for the company
• Communicate and promote the company’s brand in the most effective and dynamic ways possible.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives/ strategies on a company- wide scale.
• Establish sales territories for the company.
• Oversee the group’s sales and marketing activities.
• Lead, organize and control regional sales teams.
• Manage sales and marketing budgets and evaluate sales performance.
• Develop budgets, policies and procedures with regards to sales and marketing for the organization.
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with at least 7 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry and 5 years at a managerial level.
• Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
• Relevant professional certification such as Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM) or similar.
