DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

The scope of duties shall include and not be limited to the following:

• Coach and motivate the telesales team.
• Ensure the team meets the sales targets.
• Implement telesales training, development, and performance management.
• A good understanding of the market dynamics in the bakery industry.
• Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries.
• Monitor calls for quality assurance.
• Forecast and analyze telesales data.
• Regular telesales report to the Sales Manager

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of HND qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Head of Telesales.
