Position Title: HR & Admin Officer.

HR & Admin Officer job opportunity is available at Bluetag Group for individuals who possess

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Manage the process of recruitment, placement and onboarding.
  • Ensure appropriate HR polices and procedures are up to date.
  • Manage the process of Employee benefits and Compensation.
  • Responsible for facility and utility management.
  • Manage daily office operations and provide support to senior management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Facilitate the dissemination of corporate cultures and values of the company.
  • Implement the company’s corporate communication policy.
  • Assist in the implementation of efficient and effective HMO management.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • B.Sc qualification in Human Resources or any related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
  • Candidates should be resident in Abuja.
