Position Title: Human Resources Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • We are seeking a dynamic, highly-structured Human Resources Manager to provide full-cycle Human Resources support across all aspects of our business.
  • The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing a great internal employee experience, and driving HR functional excellence. The successful candidate will not bring a copy and paste mindset instead, he/she will be excited to “reinvent the wheel” as often as needed to accomplish our very ambitious People goals.

Job  Description

  • Design job descriptions for our new employee and review the job descriptions of our current employee.
  • Oversee employee performance and appraisals.
  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
  • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems.
  • Design company manual, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare department and company budgets in general.
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
  • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys).
  • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.  Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.
  • Organise induction for new hiring and training for employees.
  • Supervise the overall functions of the HR and the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Responsible for recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, counselling, succession planning, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure all new and existing employees have up to date job descriptions, signed employment contracts, and all relevant records.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc in Human Resources Management (CRM is an added advantage)
  • Experience Level: 3 years (minimum).
  • Skills Set: Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel and knowledgeable in ICT Highly organized with the capacity to use various organizational tools and so

Requirements:
The candidate should have:

  • Work experience in HRM Operations or similar role.
  • Experience in the retail business is an advantage.
  • Experience with Human Resources
  • Information Systems including payroll tools
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs Good knowledge of labour legislation Leadership abilities.
