Position Title: IT Help Desk Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

IT Help Desk Officer job opportunity is available at Ojatee Consulting for individuals who possess B.Sc / H.N.D in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT related issues and will be required to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware / software faults and solve technical problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Troubleshooting system and network problems; diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• B.Sc / H.N.D in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline with at least a Second-Class Upper Division.
• At least 1-2 years relevant IT experience.
• A strong customer focus and a can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Broad knowledge of current IT development and integration technologies and best practice.
