• Commercial/Transactional Practice
• International Trade & Investment by Foreigners
• Oil & Gas
• Trade Marks
• Company Formation and Operation
• Land/ Securities Documentation (mortgages, debentures)
• Capital Market Practice
• Insolvency Practice (debt recovery)
• Taxation

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

Experience Range:

• 3-5 years experience in any of the specified areas.
