Position Title: Managing Director - Lubricant.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Managing Director - Lubricant job opportunity is available at Skyshore Group Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- To provide effective leadership to Retail and Lubricant Business Department in order to ensure that the company’s sales and marketing objectives across all regions in the country are met.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Exercising Budgetary controls.
- Develop group wide lubricant strategy that utilizes the enormous resources and the infrastructure of the group – People, brand name and network of assets.
- Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.
- Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.
- Develop a network of distributors and develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
- Responsible for leading sales training objectives and assisting with recruiting.
- Working with other Lubricants Senior Managers and Executives to accomplish corporate objectives in safety, earnings, service excellence, marketing and pricing initiatives, and operations.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years work experience.
