Position Title: Marketer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Marketer job opportunity is available at TeamAce Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Obtain specific information about the clients’ needs regarding their choice of property and in turn matching such with available options.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1 year minimum experience as a marketer in a real estate company.
• Detailed understanding of the real estate market, new trends and related terms.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proximity to the stated location is an added advantage.
