Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Use Digital techniques and skills to design and execute campaigns.
• Carry out impact analysis of these campaigns.
• Give analysis of why customers purchase their products.
• Advise the management.
• Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
• Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
• Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree
• Experience as a Marketing manager in a retail / store outlet is a must.
• Minimum of 10 years’ work experience.
• Must understand the dynamics of marketing.
• Must have both traditional and digital marketing skills in the retail space.
• 360 value chain of marketing.
