Overview

• The role holder is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs targeted toward existing and new customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Identify the market and formulate marketing strategy for bank products
• Develop bank specific sales actions plans under the instruction of the Head of Marketing
• Drive the bank sales teams to achieve the targets
• Conduct special campaigns to drive sales / create leads
• Provide sales training to the bank sales team as and when required
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Establishes and maintains relationship with key customers and key strategic partners
• Monitor bank performance on daily basis and take corrective action as and when required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
