Position Title: Operations Manager.

INTRODUCTION:-
Operations Manager job opportunity is available at Owens and Xley Consults for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Role Overview
- In this role, you will manage all employees by overseeing assigned tasks and ensuring that performance is in line with the brand’s expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Oversee the day to day operations in the store
- Keep a record of expenses accrued daily
- Supervise all employees and ensure they perform tasks assigned
- Plan and organize team bonding activities
- Review and resolve employee complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Oversee interactions with customers and ensure that the customer service officer strictly adheres to the standard operating procedures
- Manage and resolve complaints raised by customers
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- HND or B.Sc in any related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative/operations role
- Background in accounting is preferred
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Highly entrepreneurial
- Candidates should live preferably within Jakande – Ajah axis.
REMUNERATION:-
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
