INTRODUCTION:-
People Excellence Lead job opportunity is available at Altara Credit Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Oversee the Learning and Development officers
- Perform other responsibilities that shall be assigned by the Management
- Role may require some domestic travel
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager
- B.Sc / BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Sharp Business acumen
- Professional Certification (e.g CIPD or CITP) is a plus
