Position Title: Product Conceptualization and Design Leader.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Product Conceptualization and Design Leader job opportunity is available at First Bank of Nigeria Limited for individuals who possess Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Drive the product roadmaps, enabling teams to bring products to market
• Develop best product vision for our customers and transform vision into compelling products
• Lead cross-functional, agile, product design team (research, prototype, test, and build)
• Conduct scans, prepare and present summary reports on new trends and product/service offerings in the Financial Services, Financial Technology and adjacent segments, while identifying opportunities for the Bank
• Co-ordinate ideation sessions to shape and refine ideas/opportunities into marketable product concepts
• Conduct market-testing and pre-feasibility studies
• Jointly develop business plans and commercial launch plans for feasible products with Digital Lab Lead
• As part of the organisation’s information security requirements, maintain the security of all information entrusted and comply with the principles and policies in the information security handbook.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

Education:

• First Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum experience – Over 7 years experience business strategy & analysis into consumer facing products.
