Position Title: Production Supervisor.

Job Station: Delta State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Production Supervisor job opportunity is available at Gift Bakery for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Submits materials usage and production reports to the Accounts Department daily and the Managing Director when needed.
• Make sure that the quality of the products are maintained or improved in accordance with the company standard.
• Reconcile materials issued by the store unit for production against what was actually used in production.
• Able to account for what is produced.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Minimum qualification is good grades in any O’level certificate.

Experience:

• Not less than a year experience in food processing and related industry.

Requirements:

• A diligent and meticulous person with years of experience in food processing and confectionery industry or related industries.
• Able to manage and control both human and material resources – plan work and manage factory workers.
• Able to prepare products recipe, as well as mix and bake bread.
• Able to measure raw materials and ingredients used in production carefully and keep appropriate records.
