Position Title: Professional Waiter.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Professional Waiter job opportunity is available at E & P Hospitality Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Summary
- We are recruiting waiters and waitresses who have the endurance to wait on tables for an extended period of time and have the patience to deal with difficult customers.
- The ideal fit is one who is customer centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages
- Make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information with restaurant patrons
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take and serve accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate order details to the kitchen Staff
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess 2 years work experience.
- Must live within Ikoyi environs
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
- Flexible work hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills.
REMUNERATION:-
N45,000 monthly.
