Position Title: Receptionist / Facility Manager.

Job Station: Abuja.

INTRODUCTION:-

Receptionist / Facility Manager job opportunity is available at Noble Voice Empire for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Inspect properties and facilities proactively.
  • Identify and address safety and risk concerns above all others.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve anyand all aspects of facilities and property.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years Experience
  • Ideal candidate must reside in Abuja.

REMUNERATION:-

N50,000 – N90,000 / month.
