Position Title: Restaurant Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Restaurant Manager job opportunity is available at Hubmart Stores Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Coordinate restaurant operations across all our locations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer complaints.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Ensure safe and tasty meals to our esteemed customers.
• Assist in prompt treating of special orders.
• Ensure consistent quality, freshness and presentation of all products.
• Ensure all items are properly wrapped and weighed with the right code by team.
• Ensure better levels of commitment to serve customers.
• Ensure all produce are brought out for merchandising & display.
• Ensure all products have: Price tags with details of expiry and other information.
• Ensure appealing composure to customers by providing quality, fresh products in a hygienic manner by self or through team members.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut/manage waste.
• Promote the brand and marketing strategy through word-of-month and restaurant events and recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
• Implement and improve policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
• Manage and lead the employee’s day to day activities, organise and supervise shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
