Position Title: Retail and Customer Service Executive.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Retail and Customer Service Executive job opportunity is available at TeamAce Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Provide quality services to internal and external customers and clients
- Attend to all customers that come into the store
- Provide product/Service information
- Adhering to company and safety procedures at all times
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ensure excellent service standard, respond efficiently to customer needs, inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that the correct size, pattern and quantity is invoiced to the correct client or customer account.
- Conduct marketing and awareness campaigns on a regular basis to ensure increased brand and product awareness
- Raise quotation and invoice on ERP
- Always wear a smile and address customers courteously.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degree
- General clerical experience with a minimum of 1-2 years
- Clerical experience with tyre and automotive industry is an advantage
- Must be detail oriented with excellent customer interaction skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
REMUNERATION:-
N65,000 / Month.
